30-day window
Send any unused item back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Clearance items are final sale.
How to return
Visit your order page or our Track Order page and click Start a return. We will email you a prepaid label.
When you will be refunded
Refunds are issued within 3 business days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@getithot.com within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
