3. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock limitations, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
You authorize us or our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including product costs, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or broken by the customer are not eligible for return or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of thedropshop or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. User Conduct

10. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by you to thedropshop for the specific product giving rise to the claim. You agree that you may not bring or participate in any lawsuit, claim, or legal action against thedropshop or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents, unless thedropshop has committed a serious crime. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from criminal acts committed by thedropshop.
